About

What is VISION 2034?

Vision 2034, New Haven’s Comprehensive Plan (required by state statute every 10 years) will be a blueprint of the city's vision for the future, and a policy guide for achieving planning goals. It will serve as a decision-making guide for residents, community leaders, and government officials in matters relating to land use, housing, transportation, sustainability, economic development, neighborhood planning, public investments, and capital improvement programs. Equity and resilience will be guiding principles for the plan.

Wasn't this the Vision 2035 Plan?

We're realigning our process to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the City's incorporation in 2034!
